Enrollment Process

To enroll in the FSET Program, a person must be:

  • Receiving FoodShare assistance, and
  • Age 16 or older

To enroll in the NorthCentral FSET Program, a person must be living in one of our 9 counties (Adams, Forest, Langlade, Lincoln, Marathon, Oneida, Portage, Vilas, Wood).


It is very simple to enroll in the NorthCentral FSET Program. You can enroll by:

  • Phone
  • Video chat
  • In person at your local office

Call 715-421-8608 to immediately enroll between 8:00am - 4:00pm or to discuss enrollment options at your local FSET office.


FSET offices are open 8am - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday except on holidays.

Please Note: Enrollment only occurs when completing the Enrollment & Orientation appointment with a case manager via phone, video link or in person. You cannot enroll in our FSET program by just completing these forms.
